Any design, consultation or assistance work is carried out under terms agreed separately between you and Matrix Design Studio, including scope, fees and timelines. Nothing on this website creates an engagement on its own.

Liaisoning assistance

Approvals and certificates for a building are issued by the relevant authority, not by Matrix Design Studio. Our consultation and liaisoning assistance are subject to applicable regulations, the project documentation available and the requirements of that authority. We cannot guarantee that any approval will be granted or the time it will take.

Project images

Images of projects on this website are shown to illustrate the design work of Matrix Design Studio. Actual finishes, colours and materials in a built space may differ from the images shown.

Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. An enquiry is only delivered when you send it in WhatsApp. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create an engagement.
